.6 down

Well this was sobering news. I guess I've been calculating my activity points wrong thus eating too much. I was down 40 and now just a little bit from it. Will it ever get down there??

I'm going to still bike this week and stay on 25 points per day and not use the activity points and see how that goes : ) I can tell I'm losing inches which is always good (smile)

I picked the desert as that is what it feels like. I want to get into the 170's and I need to get my mind on that goal.

Probably enjoyed cake at the wedding, a split strawberry dessert with Scott and a couple of pieces of pizza yesterday. Probably not a good idea : (

Still it's down.

  1. It's always good to take a step back and re-evalutate. Are you still journaling or using your head to calculate points? I'm telling you ,....get some hand weights and start working on the muscles..they will in turn work for you! Step it up a notch and make yourself uncomfortable when working out...make sure you're sweating and raising your heart rate (of course, only as much as you think safe). Keep the lean protein coming. At least your weight in protein...so maybe 175 grams of protein a day (divided by 3 meals and three snacks....Thats almost 30 grams a meal...cottage cheese, chicken tenderloins, turkey breast on high fiber bread...really pay attention to the carbs...make sure they're high fiber and not void of nutrients...ie: brown rice, oatmeal, Kashi cereal, bran muffins. I'd skip the treats, even if you count them as points, because in the end, they're just not that long lasting satisfying.
    Okay...enough advice from me.
Most of all...DON'T GIVE UP!!! You've come a long way, and now it is time to take a step back, re-evaluate all that you're doing, do some tweaking here and there and keep marching! The weight will come off, it has to!

    Hang in there...
